CARA MEMBUAT SINGKONG KEJU

 



Bahan-Bahan :

- 1 kg singkong

- 3 siung bawang putih

- 1 kunyit

- 1sdt ketumbar

- 9 gram kaldu sapi bubuk

- Garam

- 1/2 sdt gula

- 1 liter air dingin

- Minyak goreng

Cara Pembuatan :

1. Kupas kulit singkong, kemudian cuci sampai bersih. Jika ingin hasil yang lebih empuk dan lembut singkong sudah dicucui bersih bisa direndam semalaman.

2. Potong-potong singkong sesuai selera. Setelah itu kukus selama kurang lebih 15 menitan atau sampai singkong setengah matang. Jangan mengukus singkong sampai terlalu matang karena nanti singkong akan hancur dalam proes perendaman.

3. Untuk bumbu singkong, haluskan bawang putih, kunyit, ketumbar, kaldu sapi bubuk, gula, dan garam lalu tambahkan air dingin.

4. Masukan singkong dalam keadaan panas setelah proses pengukusan ke dalam bumbu. Rendam selama kurang lebih lima menit. Jika tekstur singkong sudah merekah maka singkong siap untuk digoreng.

5. Goreng singkong sampai berwarna kuning keemasan.

6. Singkong keju siap dinikmati.

I did'n think that this gas and fried gas stove caused breathing problems. WISDOM: These fried gas and steam stoves caused air pollution which disrupts the human respiratory system. Especially if we cook it in a stuffy room (no incoming air). >> ACTION NOW: In order to reducing air pollution such as fried vapor when cooking, I will use a lid to cover the fish I fry , so that the vapor does not coming out, and we can breathing freely. LOVE: By reducing the use of gas stoves (LPG), we can still cook using stoves made from coal.
